Somatic Releasing

Intuitively guided, these sessions are a free flow, open space that leave room for whichever modality, or a combination, would best serve you with what you're processing.

Breathwork

'Conscious Breathwork' is a deeper, more internal modality used to process emotion, thought, blockages, and stored trauma in the body. To assist in moving energy through the body.

Available for individuals and couples.

Why is breathwork important?

It’s no secret that most of us struggle with the everyday pressures of life. We’re living in an age where we’re busier than ever and because we’re disconnected from our bodies, it’s easy for us to become buried in feelings and emotions that we don’t know how to deal with or process. For many of us, the norm is being constantly stressed, anxious, worried, and overwhelmed. Breathwork (and somatic work) allows us to be still, be with ourselves, and breathe and feel through our experiences. We were given the tool of breath since birth, but most people are unaware of how powerful and transformational the breath can be.

Meet Sammi

Sammi Pfeiffer is an intuitive carving her own path. Over the past five years she has completed four healing modality certification programs and has studied with various teachers and healers, such as Zach Rehder, Samantha Skelly, and Meryl Hershey Beck.

 

She is trained in SourceTapping (cousin of EFT), Somatic Coaching, and Integrative & Concious Breathwork. It is through these modalities that Sammi helps others to find their truth, their centers, and release what no longer serves them.
